What We Do

Get the G.I.S.T. is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering communities through both financial and socio-emotional literacy. We focus on helping people manage their money and their mindsets—so they can take charge of their lives and make informed, confident decisions.

Our initiatives include the development of a finance and psycho-social curriculum, the creation of books and beginner-friendly guides for both youth and adults, dynamic workshops, interactive resources, and engaging social media content. Each resource is designed to break down complex ideas into simple, practical lessons that everyday people can understand and apply.

By helping communities to build both competence and confidence, G.I.S.T. fosters more than just financial stability—it cultivates emotional resilience as well. The result is a ripple effect: stronger individuals, stronger families, and stronger communities.
